Spring Has Sprung

La Jolla Foliage

Green is my favorite color and with St. Patrick Day just yesterday and spring seemingly arriving early this year in Northeast Ohio, the color green is abundant!  Every time I come upon this image in my digital files, it seems to jump off the screen with it’s vibrant green color and graphic impact.  So….in honor of spring I thought it deserved to break out and grace the screens of all of my blog viewers!

Enjoy!

About Kolman Rosenberg

My interest in photography began as a college newspaper and yearbook photographer during the stormy 1960s and 1970s. I was influenced by many of the great photojournalists and documentary photographers such as W. Eugene Smith, Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, Gordon Parks, Margaret Bourke-White and other black and white photographers of Life Magazine and the earlier Farm Security Administration. Though many of these photographers documented the horrors of war and the plight of poverty, they also showed me the dignity and adaptability of human beings in their desire to prevail.

There is nothing prettier than Mother Nature coming alive in NEOhio with the Spring flowers and flowering bushes/trees. The abundance of colors is uplifting to the spirit.
